It can be scary to think about how far away the overall goal is. <br /><br />Have you thought about setting little goals and rewarding yourself when you hit those goals? <br /><br />I did something similar during my journey and it really helped keep me motivated. The goals started off small. i.e. 5lbs was a t-shirt for the gym, 10lbs was a new pair of workout shoes. <br /><br />When I got closer to my goal weight, my rewards were bigger such as a new ipod or a weekend away somewhere.Timhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04129574688566301274noreply@blogger.com
