**Days 366 & 367**

So, I did good in 2011, not great, but good.  I'm ready to do great in 2012.  I'm going to kick ass in 2012.  Here are my goals:

  • Lose 60 pounds
  • Exercise 6 days a week
  • Run 3 days a week
  • Strength training 3 days a week
  • Eat fruits (2 servings) and veggies (3 servings) each day 
  • Drink 120 ounces of water each day
  • Sleep 6 hours every night
Goals for this week:

  • 5k training - Tues., Thurs., & Sat.
  • DVD workout - Tues. & Thurs.
  • Gym - Wed., Thurs., & Fri.
  • Track calories
  • Drink only water!
I still have a cough, and I now have a runny nose, BUT I am exercising tomorrow (Tuesday) - no matter what!!

    It is really great to see you have already made goals for the year as well as the week. You are off to a great start and have the right frame of mind. Keep at it, you are really a big inspiration and reading your blog motivates me to keep pushing as well.
