**Days 380 & 381**

I didn't exercise over the weekend - shame on me!!  But I watched what I ate, and I drank lots of water.

Today, I had a really hard time getting myself to exercise, but I did it:
I feel so good after a workout, so I need to remember that the next time I don't want to exercise!

Calories today:  1346
Water:  90 ounces

I want to send a big congrats out to fellow blogger, Tim!  He met his overall goal weight today (actually beat it by a pound!), and has lost a total of 71 pounds!  I'm so happy for you, Tim!  So inspiring!!
