Today I weighed in at 233 pounds!!! Yea!! I lost 3 pounds this week! I'm on track for losing a total of 10 pounds in March. I'm very happy! So, that's a total of 15.5 pounds lost since I started my weight loss journey at the beginning of this year. :)
Awesome! - and after a night out last night too!

Dave and I were pretty good last night - we shared our meal at TGIF's, and we shared a dessert at Jambalaya while the girls ate their dinner, but we didn't even finish it, so I knew I would still have a good weigh in this morning - especially because I was so good with my food, and working out all week!:)
