1 pound lost this week:
I hate to complain about a loss, BUT, seriously, only 1 pound?! I worked my butt off this week in every area - exercise, food, and water - so I was expecting a bigger loss, I really WANTED a bigger loss. It's so frustrating! I guess, I will look at the positives, A) I didn't gain, and B) I'm below 220 again.

A loss is a loss and it's something to be proud of. Next week you may just see all that hard work pay off in a big way!

ReplyDeletePositives are what are important girly! You did a great job this week, and while the scale might not have shown it, you probably shredded some inches and gained some muscle! Way to go!

ReplyDeleteI notcied how in one of your posts you said you weren't going to bother taking a photo of progress because the scale showed none, but remember your body will still be changing whether the scale shows it or not! You may notice a certain area (muscles, arms, legs, neck) more defined, you're always putting on or shaping muscles! Hope you find that motivating to keep taking pics :-)
