**Day 339**

My back was bothering me last night, and it felt even worse when I woke up this morning, so I decided to skip the gym tonight, and just do a light treadmill workout at home:

So, it's not much, but I wanted to do something!  Plus, our Florida trip is less than 60 days away, so I need to keep at it if I want to lose more weight by then, and I do - I really do!!


  1. Good choice in not going to the gym with an injury, you don't want to make it worse especially when it's the back. I hope the rest from the gym helps you recover quicker!

  2. Great job! You are kicking butt! My lower back was bothering me yesterday when I woke up and I took some Advil and that did the trick, but only after a few hours. It was just stiff. Disney trip!! So FUN and lots of walking!

  4. Thanks for commenting, everyone! My back went out for 8 weeks one time - it was awful! So, whenever I feel even a little something I am very careful with it for a couple days!

    Oh, and I WILL be below 200 pounds by the time my vacation rolls around - mark my words!!
