**Days 435 - 437**

I didn't exercise over the weekend, but I was back at the gym today.  I had planned on going at 7:45am this morning, but when my alarm went off I couldn't keep my eyes open - I was so tired!  I sent a text to my dad and told him I needed some more sleep, so we met up at the gym at 10:45.  I jumped on the elliptical, and I felt like crap the whole time I was on it!  So, I did 40 minutes on the elliptical:
and then I got the heck out of the gym!  It was just one of those days!  I wanted to stop after 20 minutes, but I pushed through it, and did 40, so that's something.  I'm confident my workout will go much better tomorrow.

  2. I agree! So many times I have felt like crap and just not bothered with the gym. Love your determination!
