**Days 496 - 499**

I've been struggling, which is why I haven't been blogging.  I hate talking about how I'm failing and I know no one wants to hear me whine.  Whining isn't going to get me back on track, so I'm not going to dwell on the last few days.  Tomorrow is a new day.  I will exercise - I'm going to take a 3 mile walk.  I will track all my food, and I will drink 120 ounces of water.

  1. I think it's important to write about your fails. It's good to get it out of your head and written down so you can reflect on it and see what you can do to improve.

    It's also good to look back on in the future to see just how far you've come.

  2. Hey girl - you are not alone. I am finding it VERY difficult to jump back on any kind of health wagon lately. With each passing day I just get more and more frustrated. Just know that you can do it and you have support. Also - you are not the only one that slides backwards every now and again. The important thing is picking yourself back up and knowing you can start again!
