**Weigh In #8**

236.  So, I gained 1.5 pounds.  I know I had a bad night of eating last night, but I'm a little surprised that I gained that much - I was thinking I would just stay the same.  I'm disappointed, but not discouraged.  I'm moving on, and not dwelling on the gain.  I'm heading off to the gym now.


  1. Glad to hear you`re just moving on! Don't let that slip up become a reason to slide down further.

    Remember some of that gain is probably water, as your meal was pretty high in sodium last night. I would maybe try to get a little more water in today than normal. :)

  3. Yes, you meal was high in sodium and alcohol , ; ) The combo of both of those things can not possibly lead up to a good weigh-in! I'd drink a TON of water today and tomorrow - and sneak yourself another weigh-in on Sunday, or even tomorrow.... I bet that will help get a more accurate reading!

  4. Hi, Jen. I'm not even going to worry about this weigh in anymore. I'm just going to weigh in next Friday, and go from there. I was looking for you at the gym this morning!
