236. So, I gained 1.5 pounds. I know I had a bad night of eating last night, but I'm a little surprised that I gained that much - I was thinking I would just stay the same. I'm disappointed, but not discouraged. I'm moving on, and not dwelling on the gain. I'm heading off to the gym now.
Glad to hear you`re just moving on! Don't let that slip up become a reason to slide down further.
ReplyDeleteRemember some of that gain is probably water, as your meal was pretty high in sodium last night. I would maybe try to get a little more water in today than normal. :)

ReplyDeleteYes, you meal was high in sodium and alcohol , ; ) The combo of both of those things can not possibly lead up to a good weigh-in! I'd drink a TON of water today and tomorrow - and sneak yourself another weigh-in on Sunday, or even tomorrow.... I bet that will help get a more accurate reading!
