I'm not going to bother taking progress pics this month since, clearly, there is no progress, and I don't want to depress myself further by looking at pics of myself.
Goals for August:
- Track my food every day!
- Drink 120 oz. every day!
- 5k run Sundays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays
- Treadmill Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays
- DVD workout Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
- Play Wii with my girls, at least, 3 days a week
- Lose 8 pounds
