**Day 452**

I watched what I ate yesterday, I drank my water, and I did my 5k training last night with my friend, Jen, so yesterday was a good day.  Today's weight:
So, that's a 2.5 loss since yesterday morning - whatever!  This crazy body of mine!  Anyway, I'm just going to keep at it, and, I think, just for this week, I'm going to post my weight every day just to track what my body is doing.  Hopefully, the number will keep going down!

  1. I like the idea of posting for one week how your weight fluctuates. Can show just crazy the number on the scale can be :D Although only do it for one week :p
