**Day 285**

Today I did a 30 minute walk on the treadmill:

And I, also, played about 20 min. of Wii Fitness Plus with my hubby and my daughter - the Super Hula Hoop and the Obstacle Course - and, believe me, it was a workout!  I was sweating when I got done, and my thighs and calves were burning!

Calories:  1490 - too much!
Water:  120 oz.!

  1. I gotta bust out our Wii Fit....That DOES sound like fun. And if it makes you sweat,you know you are burning calories! Glad to hear you are having fun with your workouts.

  2. Hi, Rochelle! We don't use our Wii, nearly, enough. We have so much fun when we do it, AND it's a good workout, so we need to take advantage of it more, too! :)
