**Days 438, 439, 440**

Quickie post!!  It's been a busy week, and it's going to be an even busier weekend - we're leaving in a few hours to go out of town.  I did go to the gym today for a quick workout:
20 minutes on the elliptical, and then I did 15 minutes on the treadmill.  So, only 35 minutes of cardio, but with the busy day I'm going to have I'm glad I took the time to do something.

I've been having a hard time blogging because I don't feel I have much to say, and I feel like a broken record talking about my struggles, and lack of progress over and over again.  Plus, I'm not a writer - I'm not great with words, so I have a hard time getting my thoughts out.  However, I know when I was blogging every single day at the beginning of last year I did much better with my weight loss, so I need to get back into it, but I'll be out of town for the next few days, so I'll work on it when I get back.

  1. I know exactly what you mean about blogging. I'm not a writer and I always wonder how people can write blogs each day and make every single post sound so unique and interesting. I wish I was as creative!!

    1. I hear ya, Tim! I don't have a creative bone in my body! I'm surprised I haven't received the most boring blog award yet - ha! But I have to say - I find your blog very interesting. I love the pictures, I love your humor, and, oh yea, you lose weight and kick butt in exercising, too! :)
