**Day 342**

I, finally, made it back to the gym tonight - it's been quite awhile since I was there!  Thank you to my friend, Jen, for making me go - I tried to get out of it....shame on me!

Crossramp - 15 min.
Treadmill - 15 min.
Elliptical - 10 min.

Tomorrow is weigh-in day, and I'm hoping to see a good loss - fingers crossed!

**Days 340 & 341**

We had a very busy day yesterday - my daughter performed in a musical/play last night as the "Evil Queen":
She was awesome!!  Anyway, after we got home from the play I did the 30 Day Shred, Level 1.  It's a quick workout, but it's a good one!

Tonight I did 2 miles on my treadmill:

I kept my calories under 1500 today, and I'm working on getting the last of my water in!

I've worked out seven days in a row - so far, so good on my challenge to work out every single day this month!!

**Day 339**

My back was bothering me last night, and it felt even worse when I woke up this morning, so I decided to skip the gym tonight, and just do a light treadmill workout at home:

So, it's not much, but I wanted to do something!  Plus, our Florida trip is less than 60 days away, so I need to keep at it if I want to lose more weight by then, and I do - I really do!!

*Days 337 & 338*

Last night I went out with my parents and my sister to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday - we had an appetizer, dessert and drinks, so I was way over on my calories for the day, but I did get a treadmill workout in:

And I was, pleasantly, surprised to see this number on the scale this morning:
I was 229 on Friday, so I'm still moving in the right direction (finally) - yay!!

I was back on my treadmill today for another 30 minute workout:

My goal is to exercise every single day this month!  I'll be going to the gym tomorrow night!

This is, totally, off topic, but I just have to say if you ever have a chance to go see Frank Santorelli (he was the bartender on The Sopranos) - go see him!  He's a stand up comic, as well as an actor.  We went to see him at a comedy club last night, and, I swear, I never laughed so hard in my life!  He is hilarious!!

I did a 40 minute workout on the treadmill tonight.  I only ran 16 minutes of it - my legs just weren't having it!

**Still Day 335**

I signed up for another race - Reindeer Run 5k!  It's on Sunday, Dec. 18th, and it's at an equestrian center where my daughter takes horseback riding lessons.  The race will take place on a cross-country style course, and it says the following on the registration form:
~Bring a change of clothes and shoes. You will get muddy and wet, but it’s worth it!~
Hmmm, I don't know about this?!  IS getting muddy and wet, on what will probably be a very cold day, worth it??  We'll see.

**Day 335**

I did a 30 min. walk/run on the treadmill today.  I found an interval workout online, so I attempted it, and almost died!  At one point, I had to do 5 minutes at 4.0 mph with the treadmill at a 10% incline!!  My chest started burning - that's never happened before - oh my, it hurt!  So, after 16 minutes of the interval workout - I put the treadmill at a 2% incline, and alternated between walking and jogging for the last 14 minutes.
 
I burned 250 calories, and did 304 vt. feet - okay, I don't even know what the hell that means, but it has to be good, right?  I, also, did Level 1 of the 30 DS, and spent 10 min. using my dumbbells, so I'm very happy with my workout today.  I kept my calories under 1500, and I'm working on getting the rest of my water in for the day.

My hubby is out of town on business all week, so I'm really missing my late night gym workouts!  Thankfully, I have a treadmill here at home, but I can't wait to get back to the gym on Monday!
